Sports Autopilot ("Sports Autopilot", "we", "us", "our") is a service that automatically creates and manages scheduled live broadcasts of sports events on the YouTube channels our customers connect to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website (sportsautopilot.com) and our application (the "Service").

Information we collect

Account & billing information you provide: your name, email address, organization (school/club/company) name, city, and billing contact and billing address. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers; billing is handled offline by invoice.

Google account and YouTube data (only with your authorization): when you choose to connect a YouTube channel, you authorize us through Google OAuth. With your permission we access:

• your YouTube channel identity (channel ID and name) so we can show which channel is connected and target broadcasts correctly; and
• the ability to create and manage live broadcasts, live streams, video thumbnails, playlists, and broadcast metadata on the channel(s) you connect, so we can schedule and run broadcasts on your behalf.

We store the OAuth tokens Google issues so the Service can perform these actions on the schedule you set. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Usage information: basic technical and usage data (e.g. game/schedule records you create, broadcast status, and logs) needed to operate and support the Service.

How we use information

• To provide the Service: create, schedule, brand, start, stop, and archive live broadcasts on the YouTube channel(s) you connect, on your behalf.
• To generate branded thumbnails from the logos and colors you provide.
• To bill you and provide customer support.
• To secure, maintain, debug, and improve the Service.

We use your Google/YouTube data only to provide and improve these user-facing features that you request.

Google API Services — Limited Use disclosure

Sports Autopilot's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the Service (creating and managing your broadcasts).
• We do not transfer or sell this data to third parties for advertising, marketing, or other unrelated purposes.
• We do not use this data for serving advertisements.
• We do not allow humans to read this data unless (a) you give explicit consent for specific data, (b) it is necessary for security purposes (e.g. investigating abuse), (c) it is required to comply with applicable law, or (d) the data is aggregated and anonymized and used to improve the Service.
• Our use of YouTube data is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

How we store and protect information

We host data with our infrastructure providers (including Supabase) using access controls and row-level security. OAuth tokens are stored securely and are used only by our servers to perform the actions you have authorized. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information or your Google/YouTube data. We share information only with service providers ("sub-processors") that help us operate the Service, and only as needed:

• Google / YouTube — to create and manage the broadcasts you request.
• Supabase — application database and authentication hosting.
• [Email provider, e.g. Resend] — to send you account and invoice emails.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may disconnect a YouTube channel at any time in the Service, and you may revoke Sports Autopilot's access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting our contact form; we will delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records (e.g. billing history) to comply with law.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at our contact form.

Children

The Service is intended for schools, clubs, and organizations and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above.
