These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sports Autopilot website and application (the "Service"), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("Sports Autopilot", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
Sports Autopilot lets you schedule sports events and automatically create and manage live broadcasts of those events on YouTube channel(s) you connect. Features and plans may change over time.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use of Google/YouTube data through the Service is subject to the Google Privacy Policy. You may revoke Sports Autopilot's access to your Google account at any time via Google security settings. You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights necessary to broadcast the events you schedule (including any required permissions for venues, participants, and content) and for complying with YouTube's policies for the channel(s) you connect.
The Service is offered on annual plans (Single Team, School/Club, Broadcast Company). You may start on a free trial with limited streaming. Paid plans are billed annually by invoice; your account activates on the plan when payment is received. [Add your refund/cancellation policy here.] Fees are stated in Canadian/US dollars as shown at signup [confirm currency].
You agree not to use the Service to broadcast content you do not have the right to broadcast, to violate YouTube's or Google's policies or any law, or to interfere with or abuse the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of your schedules, logos, and broadcast content. You grant us the limited rights necessary to operate the Service on your behalf (e.g. to create and manage broadcasts and thumbnails on the channel(s) you connect). You are solely responsible for your content and broadcasts.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that broadcasts will be uninterrupted or error-free, including where YouTube or other third-party services are unavailable or change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sports Autopilot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost revenues, profits, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or as needed to protect the Service or other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. [Confirm venue.]
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
